LFW Street Style - Somerset House, London: Part 3

More fashionable guests of London Fashion Week S/S 12...

This is Lenny the Pug, the official mascot of Stylist Magazine. He may not
be human, but I still love his cute tartan coat and soppy expression. No wonder
he got so much attention at Somerset House - possibly more than everyone else!
A mish-mash of various colours and and pieces make this look less than
ordinary, but at London Fashion Week, every quirky style is awesome.
I love how the colours of these two very different looks contrast so vividly.
A lovely red colour story between these two girls' outfits.
Such a cool look, especially the shades and sweeping hair. I just hope the
furry creature over his shoulders isn't real.
Okay, so this isn't technically at Somerset House, but I still adore this fashion
blogger's patterned dress and gorgeous ginger-ish hair. However, what struck
me most came a few days later, when I discovered that this young woman,
Vicki Harvey, aka The Magpie Girl (themagpiegirl.com), is actually 27 years
old - I thought she was much younger, more my age!
What would be a soft look made edgier with a leather jacket. Her blonde hair
spills well from beneath her hat.

On the street, Bournemouth

The centrepiece of this look has to be the khaki green Barbour jacket, although I
really like those brown boots too. However, it is the casual additions of the camera
and notebook which give this style - albeit unintentionally - more character.

LFW Street Style - Somerset House, London: Part 2

Meet the fashionable guests of London Fashion Week S/S 12...

Retro with a futuristic slant from those awesome sunglasses!
Maxi skirts were trending hugely among the guests at Somerset House, and
this woman's is gorgeous in that lovely blue-ish green. Or is it green-ish blue?
Both these characters have great looks, but I especially love the patterned shirt
worn by the man, buttoned right up to flaunt the hot colours in its print.
Street style photographer Toni Tran of Fashitects.blogspot.com wearing a
handsome, almost Victorian-esque outfit. The use of a trunk than a regular
bag is very unique, and I really envy his camera lens!
My family commented he looks a bit like Russell Brand, which I can naturally
understand. But that doesn't stop him from looking sophisticated in his white
shawled blazer and black skinny jeans.
A great example of pink trousers worn well without looking too garish.
An interesting contrast between super smart (left) and the slightly grungy (right).
I really like how a patterned material has been used to patch up the tears in the
white skinny jeans from the inside. Purposeful in the design, of course, but a lot
more stylish than bearing your skin instead.
The man on the left demonstrates how to wear block colours without looking
too loud by using darker shades. The woman, however, grabs more of my
attention with her beautifully patterned top and skirt.
