Nerve* Magazine (January 2012)
Here is my Clothes Show Live article, as featured in the current issue of Nerve* Magazine. Albeit a student publication, I'm still rather happy it's been mentioned on the front cover. Words, photographs and page design all by me.

Nerve* Magazine (November 2011)
Here is another round of page designs from the fashion section of Nerve* Magazine. Having created templates for the previous issue, I now need not do all the design work myself, but here are the few pages I did lay out. Tell me what you think!

£20 Kurt Geiger gift card with Elle Magazine
This month, readers of Elle will receive a free £20 Kurt Geiger gift card with their copy of the new December issue. But for ten lucky readers, there's a whopping £1,000 spending credit to be won upon registering their card at kurtgeiger.com.
Sadly for me, I was not one those fortunate ten. But a complimentary £20 gift card to spend on Kurt Geiger shoes still isn't something I'll turn down. However, with the card only valid on full priced merchandise, I do have to wonder where I will find the extra £75 to purchase a pair of these suede Bleeker beauties...
So the next time you pop to your local newsagent, make sure you grab your copy of December's Elle. How will you invest your £20 gift card? Leave a comment below.

Emma Watson on Elle, November 2011
If I were to have any celebrity crush, it would have to be Emma Watson. In the latest issue of Elle magazine, she's given an insightful interview away from the ten years of on-screen witchcraft, although still casting a spell on readers with a beautiful and playful shoot.
This is the first time I've bought Elle, and although I thoroughly enjoyed its content and page design, I honestly doubt I would have bought it were it not for Miss Watson staring out at me from the front cover. Just saying.

Nerve* Magazine (September/October 2011)
Below are a few page designs I've been working on for the first issue of Nerve* Magazine this new academic year. Unfortunately, there were a few glitches with the printed issues (namely the fact that two whole pages from a three-page piece were somehow completely ignored), but you can view them all here in pdf format. Please tell me what you think!

Bar Refaeli on GQ, September 2011
I just thought I'd draw your attention to the new issue of British GQ - they called it "the hot issue", and who can blame them? Just take a look at the front cover!
Then again, with this issue, you may as well purchase a copy just for the cover!
(British GQ is available to buy from most newsagents, priced £3.99)
However, the September issue of British GQ isn't all sexiness and supermodels. There's also a multiple-page feature on colourful designer suits, a supplementary copy of 'GQ Essentials' (a 45-page style guide featuring the autumn's best menswear trends), and of course a whole array of interesting articles to amuse and enlighten the male mind. But yes, there are lots of breasts too. "Hot issue", remember?
As stated on the top of every edition, GQ is "the world's leading men's magazine", and after buying a couple of issues, you begin to see why. In terms of fashion specifically, GQ is a beacon of light for the modern metrosexual man, providing the best and latest in style advice and catwalk trends.
